I made this for my son combining birch plywood and oak from offcuts gathered from many client projects.

 

It also involved creating new panels from strips of board for some of the structural elements; combining 12mm, 15mm and 18mm boards where needed; and being  very patient, building in stages. Worth it in the end as I hate wasting materials.
